Planning for Success • Project Approach

Our project approach is based on a collection of best practices from the Agile Delivery Methods and iterative releases. Specifically, we practice the following:

  • Implement short, focused release cycles based on business priorities: Elaborate, Create, Integrate and Test
  • Develop an incremental working system as opposed to a requirements documentation
  • Encourage continuous feedback and collaboration with our customers
  • De-mystify IT: Honor transparency and simplicity in communications and solution development
  • Align Business and Technology in close collaboration

Envision Phase

During the Envision Phase, we collaborate with you to clarify, gain consensus and build momentum behind a shared, well-rationalized business vision.

The Envision step further:

  • Confirms and defines the business model and product/service innovation opportunities.
  • Assesses the business value proposition of each opportunity.
  • Clarifies the industry and its trends, as well as users’ present and future needs and wants.
  • Outlines success metrics for the overall project.
  • Determines necessary features and capabilities necessary to support products and services.
  • Establishes the high-level technology architecture to realize the business vision.
  • Provides an actionable Roadmap based on our overall solution approach.

We work with an ecosystem of design and user-experience partners during the Envision phase to ensure a good combination of user-centered design principles, sound engineering and solid architecture strategy. Take a closer look

Realize Phase

During the Realize phase, your product is built using an iterative development approach that organizes the features into a work-product set:

Each iteration cycle produces a functioning demonstration of the product visible to all stakeholders.
