Subbu Balakrishnan • Business Solutions
Subbu is co-founder and CEO of Core•Continuum. Subbu has over thirteen years of experience in consulting services. He is a distributed systems engineer by profession and brings a combination of solid technical skills and business acumen to the practice. He is passionate about realizing business goals through the innovative application of technology.
As CEO, Subbu is responsible for defining solutions, creating a vision for the application of technology and helping clients construct and realize a roadmap for their online channel.
Prior to Core•Continuum, Subbu was the Technology Director at BlastRadius and at Avenue A | Razorfish where he was responsible for solutions architecture for clients, engineering practice management, technical resource management and service offering innovation. Subbu acted as technical lead on projects from automated mainframes to distributed system conversion, and a variety of large-scale web and enterprise initiatives. Subbu also established foundational technology guidelines across the Razorfish organization, outlining the architecture philosophy for business and technical effectiveness and flexibility.
Demo Villanueva • Delivery Management
Demo is co-founder and COO of Core•Continuum. Demo has over fourteen years of experience in consulting services. With a blend of technical and analytical skills along with business insight, he brings a unique perspective on formulating solutions that maximize the use of information technology to achieve business objectives. In addition, Demo is well versed in various system development methodologies including Agile Methods, Rational Unified Process and Business Analysis and Process Re-engineering.
As COO, Demo is responsible for managing client relationships, delivering predictable results for our clients and ensuring the company's revenue growth and profitability.
Prior to Core•Continuum, Demo was a Client Director at Avenue A | Razorfish where he was responsible for the successful delivery of medium-to-large-scale client engagements, such as FranklinCovey, Classroom Connect (a subsidiary of Reed Elsevier), Symantec and Knight Ridder. In addition, Demo was a manager at Arthur Andersen – Business Consulting practice, where he directed all phases of consulting projects for both public and private clients across various industries.
Yun Huang •Technology
Yun, who refuses to expend energy in writing up her bio, is an Architect with over 12 years of experience in system integration and application development. She holds a doctorate from Caltech, and has worked in a variety of environments, technologies and industries. She has extensive experience in Java-based application development across a number of platforms, including ATG, BEA, ElasticPath, JBoss, as well as a variety of content management systems. She has also been working with Ruby on Rails for the past two years and is increasingly favoring convention over configuration.
Vidhya Krishnamoorthy • Technology
Vidhya is an Architect and brings over 12 years of experience in building multi-tiered applications. She has worked in a variety of applications and frameworks including Ecommerce, CMS, SOA, Portals, XML/XSL architectures, Messaging and Single Sign-on. She also has experience a wide range of products such as ATG, BEA, Elastic Path, and TeamSite. She has a extensive experience in architecting complex consumer-facing applications, leading teams, and always brings clarity to a situation.
Henry Lee •Technology
Henry has over 10 years of experience in designing and developing business systems and applications. As a senior developer, he works with a broad base of technology platforms, and has created solutions to satisfy a variety of client needs. He has extensive experience in web-based businesses, client-server systems, database design and development, information management solutions, and Internet technologies. He involves in teams using XP/Agile development methodology with most recent projects implemented platforms using J2EE technology. Recently, he has accomplished implementation for a site with Ruby on Rails and is continuing to deepen his skill with the ROR framework.
